Being the second oldest of five meant that Carter had to take on many "adult" responsibilities at an early age. This early maturation helped develop his leadership skills and develop a life-long desire to help others.
Throughout the years Carter has risen to the occasion and led the way – whether helping his siblings with day-to-day activities or leading his Cross Country and Wrestling teams to victory. As the Captain of both teams, he learned the importance of working hard, setting goals, time management, and managing different personalities. Many of the same traits he uses with his real estate clients. Carter's ability to work with people from all walks of life is one of his greatest traits. He is quick to learn, listens intently and gives feedback to verify what he's heard, is smart and personable. He has an innate ability to understand what a clients' needs are before they know what they are looking for.
His gentle demeanor is apparent throughout the transaction. Whether he is negotiating a complex transaction, showing homes, or presenting a CMA, Carter is a "steady Eddy."
Carter could be called a modern "renaissance man." He is well educated, charming, witty, plays music, wrestles, works with his hands cooking and woodworking, and is an avid outdoorsman who fishes and hunts.
